The CostUmE partners are progressing at full steam ahead to reach the final project activities. The final phase of the project is very important and despite the pandemic, partners are committed to make it possible and reach the best results possible: with persistence, a sense of rigor and creativity, the Train the Trainers and the Multiplier Events are being programmed.
With the main challenge in mind of anticipating skills’ needs and promoting cooperation between industry and vocational and educational training, while improving the attractiveness and capture of talents, the CosTUmE consortium has been preparing and implementing the Train the Trainer in Portugal, Spain and Romania.
To meet this challenge, CosTUmE partners will set in action the main project results: Clothing Technician Profile and Qualification; Matrix ECVET, Tutorial Guide for EU Mobility and Training Package about Clothing Technician Profile and Qualification for trainers.
Portugal, Spain and Romania are in the top 10 European countries where textile and clothing companies are geographically distributed and where the highest percentage of employment is concentrated (EUROSTAT), we really believe that with this project we are reinforcing the network and contributing to the sector’s competitiveness and employment.
