A bright future for the „Clothing Technician Profile” is prepared and  trainers will have a pivotal role in it!

WP4 (Training package and Train the trainers for delivering the Clothing Technician Profile) develops an innovative training package and a concerted train the trainers for delivering the Professional Profile and Qualification.

The WP4 is structured in three main phases (preparatory measures, implementation and recognition) aiming to:

• Support and provide resources to trainers of the textile and clothing sector in order to empower them in delivering this new (re-designed) clothing technician profile and staying updated on the new demands of the T&C companies for the upcoming years;
• Develop a training package and implement a training action for trainers.

In this summer, we will implement extensive training sessions in all partner countries, where 30 trainers will be introduced to the innovative CosTUmE curricula and learn how to implement the new profile with the most updated pedagogical method!
